“A day after Delhi Congress Chief Arvinder Singh Lovely along with party workers who were protesting against prolonged power cuts and water scarcity were detained in Nangloi area of North Delhi, Congress senior leaders undeterred by the detention once again returned to the streets of Delhi to stage their protest. Speaking to media from ground zero, Shakeel Ahmed lashed the Narendra Modi led NDA government.
