Congress President Sonia Gandhi and party VicePresident Rahul Gandhi, have been asked to appear in a Delhi Court on August 7 for allegedly misappropriating the funds of the National Herald newspaper that was shut down some years ago.The National Herald was established in 1938 by India’s first PM Jawaharlal Nehru and closed shop in 2008.
