Bollywood beauty Preity Zinta has accused her ex-boyfriend and co-owner of IPL team Kings XI Punjab Ness Wadia of physically and mentally torturing her, criminally intimidating her and insulting her in public by speaking ill against her character.

The 39-year-old actress filed a police complaint against the businessman for molesting her at Wankhede stadium on 30th May during an IPL match between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings.

The actress in her complaint said that she and Ness had not been on talking terms for quite some time and had been having heated arguments. Preity alleged that Wadia had used derogatory words against her during the arguments and abused her in front of people. In her complaint, the actress also mentioned that the CEO of IPL had to intervene in their fight and ask them to maintain silence.

Preity said that such incidents had taken place even in the past when she had written a personal mail to Ness Wadia and asked him not to degrade her character and put her to shame.

The actress filed an FIR against Ness at the Marine Drive police station and the case has been registered under IPC section 354, 506 and 509.
