Learning no lessons from its past faults, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) again neglected a decrepit structure. Four people have been killed and several others have been injured after a three storeyed residential building collapsed in the national capital early this morning. The building collapsed in the Tulsi Nagar area of Inderlok. More than 20 people are feared trapped under the debris of the building.
