India’s relationship with Afghanistan has been cordial for years but militant attacks on Indian citizens and officials in Afghanistan have been frequent too. Defence Expert Qamar Agha spoke exclusively to nnis about the ties between the two countries and also Pakistan’s role in trying to make them sour. He said there is an uncanny relation between Narendra Modi becoming the Prime Minister and the surge in attacks on Indian establishments in the Afghan Nation.
