Mandi/ New Delhi, June 12 (ANI): Police filed a First Information Report (FIR) in Mandi river tragedy after 24 students were swept away by gushing waters from a dam discharge in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The students were from a private engineering college of Hyderabad and had gone missing on Sunday after stopping to take photographs. Police have filed negligence cases against the dam officials.
