In a new twist to Preity Zinta-Ness Wadia case, Industrialist Nusli Wadia, father of Ness and head of the Wadia Group, has reportedly filed a complaint with the NM Joshi Marg police station after allegedly receiving a threat call from the underworld.

As per reports, Wadia has claimed that the caller, said to be Ravi Pujari, threatened to harm the Wadia Group’s interest if the ‘harassment’ of Preity Zinta was to continue. The Mumbai Police has forwarded the complaint to anti-extortion cell.

Preity had lodged a complaint against Ness last week alleging that her former boyfriend had humiliated her in public during an Indian Premier League match on May 30 at the Wankhede stadium in South Mumbai. The match was between Chennai Super Kings and Kings X1 Punjab. She has charged him for abusing her and molestation among others.
