Ex-lovers Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia who are also co-owners of the IPL team Kings XI Punjab are now caught up in a legal tangle. On 12th June, actress Preity Zinta filed molestation charges against Ness Wadia alleging that he molested, abused and threatened her inside Wankhede stadium in south Mumbai.
PREITY ZINTA ALLEGES NESS WADIA MANHANDLED HER
In her complaint the actress stated that on 30th May during an IPL match between Chennai Super Kings and Kings XI Punjab, Ness Wadia manhandled Preity and abused her in front of many people present at the stadium.

Assistant Police Inspector Vijay Mane said that a case had been registered against Ness Wadia under sections 354, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

As a part of the investigation, the police will review the various CCTV cameras at the stadium and also speak to the witnesses of this incident before taking further action against the accused.
