The Mumbai Police has recorded the statement of two eyewitnesses in connection with alleged molestation case filed by PreityZinta against her former boyfriend Ness Wadia. The two witnesses were present at the Garware pavilion in Wankhede stadium during the public argument between the actress and Ness Wadia.

However, the identity of the witnesses has been kept secret and the police have not divulged the details of the statements given by witnesses.

The Police however was unable to record a statement from PreityZinta as the actress is abroad currently. The police maintain that Wadia will be summoned only after substantial evidence is collected.

The exclusive footage that the police have recovered from the CCTV cameras at Wankhede show Preity and Ness involved in  a heated argument. According the sources, Preity’s friends were occupying the seats which had been reserved by Ness for his mother, as a result of which Ness’s mother Maureen Wadia had to wait for 20 minutes and this upset Ness, which in turn led to an argument between Preity and him.

This incident took place on 30th May during the match between Chennai Super Kings and Kings XI Punjab at Wankhede Stadium.
