Prakash Singh Badal, Chief Minister of Punjab was a happy man after meeting the Union Health Minister Dr.Harsh Vardhan in the national capital. Badal disclosed the minutes of the meeting where the Health Minster promised the Punjab CM of an AIIMS like institute in his state.
