Raipur, June 11 (ANI): Chhattisgarh CM, Raman Singh, on Wednesday hailed the proposal put forward by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to initiate the process of setting up knowledge city in a bid to promote development. Singh said Modi has also assured adequate steps would be taken to promote livelihood and skill upgradation.
