“While tension gripped Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday following the gang rape of a minor girl, the issue aggravated further when people took to the streets and tried to block the Kishtwar-Jammu highway. Speaking on the rising crime rates against women in the valley, National Conference leader Sara Hayat Shah opened up to NNIS on the sensitive issue.
