New Delhi, June 12 (ANI): Union Minister of State for Environment, Forests and Climate Change Prakash Javadekar on Thursday said that a policy framework is being prepared by his Ministry through which norms would be eased for border roads along China and defence projects. Earlier, the Minister had a meeting with the Defence Secretary and other senior officials from the Environment Ministry.
