Union Minister and BJP MP from Jhansi Uma Bharti,today paid a visit to a labourer Kapil, whose brother Pawan was burnt alive for refusing to work at a construction site. Bharti said it is unfortunate that Kapil also suffered burn injuries in trying to save his brother. Bharti said the law and order situation in UP is in a very bad condition and ‘Goonda Raj’ prevails in the state. .
