Panaji, July 02 (ANI): Senior BJP leader Sudin Dhavalikar who said women wearing bikini and mini-skirts should be banned from beaches has invited critical reactions. Hitting out at Dhavalikar, Tourism minister of Goa Dilip Parulekar on Wednesday said women are responsible enough to know what to wear and when to wear. Meanwhile, spokesperson of Congress Durgadas Kamat, said the party ordered and sent a mini-skirt to Dhavalikar to show that the party condemned his statement. Echoing the same sentiments, president of Travel and Tourism Association of Goa, Francisco De Braganca, said tourism industry will fall if such statements come to the fore.
