The  Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers,  Nihal Chand has said that department of Fertilizers had finalized the CCEA Note of amendment to New Investment Policy (NIP) – 2012 and placed if before CCEA for approval. The Note was considered and approved by CCEA on 28/02/2014. The notification of amendment to NIP-2012 is under consideration for approval.
In a written reply in the Rajya Sabha ,  Nihal Chand said this department has received the following proposals:
