New Delhi: The President of India, Pranab Mukherjee will deliver the twentieth Justice Sunanda Bhandare Memorial Lecture on the topic ‘Women as Agents of Change’ on November 12, 2014 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
Justice H.L. Dattu, Chief Justice of India will be the Chief Guest and the function will be presided over by Justice G. Rohini, Chief Justice of Delhi High Court.
