New Delhi: Congress leader Kiran Walia on Thursday filed complaint against AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal demanding his nomination to be cancelled.
Walia said that Kejriwal did not mention about a FIR filed against him under the court’s order and therefore he failed to disclose facts asked during filing nomination papers.
Further, she said that Kejriwal did not had a rent agreement to show that he is a resident of BK Dutt society which he mentioned in his papers.
Walia also said that she will take up the case to the High Court. Meanwhile, Kejriwal’s lawyer said that the claims are baseless and that the nomination has been accepted.
