Badlapur Team visits Facebook India Office for Promotion

With the release of the film being just a week away, the Badlapur cast is going all out spreading the energy of the film.

Varun Dhawan, Yami Gautam and Nawazuddin Siddiqui were spotted at the Facebook Headquarters in Hyderabad, launching a promotional song exclusively for the esteemed platform.

The newly launched song titled ‘Badla Badla’ captures the powerful and unforgiving character of Raghu played by Varun Dhawan. “The song is not conventional one, its hard-core and is sung by Vishal Dadlani. I went to Film city at 3 am in morning to shoot a video for the track.” Said Varun Dhawan, who enthusiastically shared his experience.

Just as it launched, ‘Badla Badla’ had taken Facebook by storm, with the event being live streamed and curious fans waiting to catch a glimpse of the young actor. The cast happily answered all the questions addressed to them by the audience present as well as the fans online. Varun seemed to be in best of spirits as he also rapped for his fans. The young actor also matched steps with Yami Gautam to the romantic number from the film, ‘Jeena Jeena’. The event was wrapped with Varun taking over the dancefloor along with the soulful voice of Divya Kumar singing ‘Jee Karda’.

The activity was undoubtedly a success and received a lot of traction in the digital space. The makers certainly made a wise decision to associate with Facebook and launching the new power-packed track. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the film also stars Huma Qureshi and Divya Dutta.
