New Delhi: Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin on Friday briefed about the condition of Indian national Sureshbhai Patel, who was brutally beaten up by police in United States.
Akbaruddin said that even though the victim’s medical condition is stable now, it is a matter of grave concern. He added that the police chief in Madison has taken action at his level.
Akbaruddin added that India intends to pursue the matter suitably through US mission, in Washington and local authorities.
