New Delhi: The day 2 of the ongoing Amazon India Fashion Week saw exquisite collection of designers like Hemant and Nandita, Pallavi Mohan, Samant Chauhan, Malini Ramani & Rinka Dhaka. Designer duo Hemant and Nandita, and Pallavi Mohan opened the show with a modern take on the looks from the bygone era.

Designer Samanth Chauhan celebrated the feminine energy with his ‘Rajputana Kumari’ collection. His collection started off with a small girl, or kumari, walking down the runway and represented 16 different forms of kumara. Fabrics like cotton silk, heavy satin, silk, zari, etc. were highlighted in his collection.
Drape gowns, pleated jackets, trousers, and asymmetric skirts, drape-style patterns in gowns, saris in interesting lapel, boat and high collar designs made up an interesting collection. While designer Rina Dhaka’s autumn-winter collection showcased checks, stripes, spider like weaves, asymmetrical designs. Her color palette included Black, shades of beige and gold, a dash of blue, red, pink and green. So with all that drama on day 2 of Amazon India Fashion Week was definitely high on Fashion!
