Madurai: Hindu Sena state leader Jayam Ravi Pandiyan on Thursday claimed responsibility for attack on the Tamil News Channel Puthiya Thalaimurai.

Pandiyan claimed that he was behind the attack when two crude bombs were thrown at the office of Puthiya Thalaimurai channel.
Earlier this morning, four unidentified men came on motorcycles and hurled a low intensity tiffin box bomb at the office of ‘Puthiya Thalaimurai’ in Chennai, after the channel had played clips of a show as a promo, on the relevance of the ‘thali’, or mangal sutra.
The promos had invited anger from pro-Hindu outfits, some of whom had protested against the channel.
