Ever since JEE Main 2015 Results were announced by CBSE, people became curious to know who topped the examination this year. CBSE doesnot officially declare the names of the Topper at this time so it is very difficult to find out the toppers at this stage. Various coaching institutes however make claims for their candidates being topper and such claims appear in regional news bulletins.
Going by news reports, we tried to determine the Toppers at this stage. It is interesting to note that the actual toppers could be determined only after the Class 12 Results of various Boards are declared and the 40% weightage of Class 12 marks are applied to the JEE Main Score.
Sankalp Gaur of Pune, Maharashtra has scored 345 out of 360. We assume that he is the country wide topper. We couldnot find any news report where students have scored more than this.
Pranay Agarwal from Jaipur, Rajasthan has scored 341 out of 360.
K Nagendra Reddy of Nellore and B Vidyasagar of Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh scores 340 out of 360.
R Nihaar Chandrah from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh secured 336 marks.
Tanuj Kaza and Rishabh Shah from Maharashtra have scored 335 and 332 respectively.
K Anirudh Reddy from Hyderabad, Telangana/Andhra Pradesh scored 335 out 360.
Pritesh Kumbhare, a student of Dinanath School and Junior College, Dhantoli, Nagpur scored 320 marks out of 360.
Bharat Khandelwal of Ahmedabad scored 320 out of 360
Arindam A Bhattacharya, a student  from  Bangalore scored 311 out of 360.
Among Girls, Anvitha S from Bangalore scored 294.
The above list is by no means exhaustive. We shall add more names as we receive more inputs about toppers.
