New Delhi: The High Court on Friday declined the petition of AAP leader Kumar Vishwas seeking a stay on summons issued by the DCW about his appearance before the commission.
The DCW had issued summon to Vishwas to appear for solving the matter regarding allegations put on him by a woman worker.
Lawyer Somnath Bharti said that the Court has said that the complainant should be present when the matter is being taken up thus it has been suspended.
