New Delhi, May 27 (ANI): Political leaders on Wednesday react after Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju dared Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi to take action against him for eating beef.
Rijiju said that, “I eat beef, I’m from Arunachal Pradesh, can somebody stop me?” BJP leader Yogi Adityanath said that beef ban is against India’s culture and no minister should make such statements.
Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that Rijiju’s statement is the cry of the BJP’s communal ideology. Other political leaders also react on the issue. Naqvi had earlier said that those who want to eat beef can go to Pakistan.
