Virginia Beach (United States): Patience Perez, a former Security Guard at a School in Virginia Beach has been sentenced to 58 days of Jail for having sexual relations with a 15 year old Students of the School. The judge suspended all sentence, but kept a mild jail term of 58 days, as she had maintained good behavior. She would however remain registered as a Sex Offender. She would report to jail on May 25.

The Consensual Sexual Encounter between Patience Perez and the 15 Year Old Boy took place in 2013, at her home away in Norfolk. Perez was working as a Asst. Security Guard at Renaissance Academy, where the 15 year old studied.
Patience Perez was arrested in 2013, after the teen’s mother made a police complaint, after finding out about the affair.
She was charged in 2 different counts of crimes, both at Virginia Beach and Norfolk. The 2 year jail term sentence against her at Norfolk was dropped after she met with certain conditions, which included keeping away from the teen and his family.
The Virginia Beach Court however reduced the sentence to 58 days.
