New Delhi, May 17 (ANI): Family of the deceased, who was shot dead by the Delhi Police in an encounter at Rajender Nagar, accused the Delhi Police of conducting a fake encounter. The family even denied allegations of the deceased being a criminal and demanded a judicial enquiry into the encounter. The deceased was killed in an encounter at the Sagar Ratna restaurant in city’s Old Rajender Nagar market late on Saturday night. Following the shoot-out, he was taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.
