Justin Bieber and Usher may face $10 Million lawsuit on 2010 song Somebody to Love

New Delhi, June 21 (ANI): Justin Bieber and his mentor Usher, who collaborated on 2010 song ‘ Somebody to Love’, might face a jury trial as a federal judge has appealed court to reinstate 10 million dollars for copyright lawsuit against singers.

The judge stated that the American singer and his 36-year-old fellow singer’s song had an almost identical rhythm and similar melody like Devin Copeland, and his songwriting partner Mareio Overton’s 2008 same titled song. Notably, back in 2014, a federal judge had ruled out the appeal saying that the songs weren’t similar at all.
