Patna, July 10 (ANI): The NDA won 13 seats in the Bihar Legislative Council elections while the Nitish Kumar led alliance managed to win just 10 of the 24 seats in the state. Reacting over this Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that party hardly has any role in these polls.
