New Delhi, August 19 (ANI): In the event ‘Bihar Samman Samaroh’ organized by the Delhi government, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday shared the dais with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Nitish was the chief guest at the event. Kejriwal and 11 AAP leaders with roots in Bihar had organized the event to felicitate Nitish and pledge their support to him for the elections. In the wake of upcoming assembly polls, Janta Dal (United) will hold a ‘Swabhimaan’ rally on 29th of August at Gandhi Maidan responding to the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) challenge that JD (U) does not have the support of the people of Bihar. The assembly polls, slated for later this year, will be a heated affair, with six parties having merged under the Janata Parivar banner contesting against the BJP and the Congress.
