Patna, August 17 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday launched a scathing attack at the Narendra Modi-led Central government for failing to grant special status to the state, claiming that this had hampered Bihar’s development. He further confirmed the news that he has been invited by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for the ‘Bihar Samman’ program on August 19 and that he will go in the program.
