Sonia Gandhi was insulted at ‘Swabhimaan Rally’: Ram Vilas Paswan

New Delhi, Aug 31 (ANI): Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Ram Vilas Paswan said on Monday that an informal meeting was held between leaders of parties within NDA at BJP President Amit Shah’s residence.

He said that seat sharing in Bihar will soon be decided mutually by the NDA. The Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) Chief the said that Congress President Sonia Gandhi was insulted at the ‘Swabhimaan Rally’ held in Patna yesterday as she was made to speak before RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

Paswan further dubbed the Swabhimaan Rally a ‘flop’. In the wake of the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar, the grand alliance of the JD (U), the RJD and the Congress organised the grand rally at Patna’s Gandhi Maidan on Sunday. The alliance leaders led a centralised attack on Prime Minister Modi’s policies and the Centre in their respective speeches.
