Patna, Sep 06 (ANI): While addressing the media in Patna on Sunday Communications and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that seats allocation shall be peaceful for upcoming Bihar elections unlike the grand-alliance that suffered a split endangering the existence of ‘Janta Parivar’. Prasad also lampooned Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for practicing politics of ‘package’ all these long years. He also stated that the people of Bihar are up for a pro development government.
