Manjhi denies spat over NDA’s seat share & concedes to campaign on few BJP seats

New Delhi, Sep 14 (ANI): Hindustan Awaam Morcha Chief Jitan Ram Manjhi denied spat over NDA’s seat share and has conceded to campaign on few BJP seats on Monday. He stated that it is not a matter being satisfied or not but only on single aim to take NDA on the path of victory in Bihar polls.

He also stated that he did urge the BJP President Amit Shah to let those candidates contest who are more popular and fetch more votes. The BJP on Monday announced seats ahead of Bihar assembly polls. Of the total 243 seats, the BJP kept 160 seats for itself and allotted 40 seats to LJP, 23 seats to RLSP and 20 seats to Jitan Ram Manjhi’s HAM.

BJP Chief Amit Shah said that Manjhi’s HAM will also be fighting on a few seats of the BJP as well. Shah said that further decision on the same will be taken by Manjhi and the BJP will accept the same. He also maintained that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will campaign throughout the polls and that the party will contest under his guidance.
