Mumbai, Nov 08 (ANI): Congratulating Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for trends indicating the Mahagathbandhan’s lead in the Bihar Assembly election results, the Shiv Sena on Sunday said the defeat of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led alliance reflected directly on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said that Nitish Kumar has emerged as a ‘mahanayak’ in this election and that Nitish’s win was necessary for Bihar. He added that just like party president Sonia Gandhi was held responsible for the Congress’ loss in the elections in 2014, this loss by the BJP-led alliance in Bihar reflected directly on Prime Minister Modi and he should take responsibility for it. As per the latest trend, the Mahagathbandhan is leading in 166 seats, while the BJP-led NDA is ahead in 69 seats.
