Politicos confused over the results of Bihar Exit Polls

New Delhi/ Hajipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Purnia, Nov 06 (ANI): With the exit polls predicting a tough contest in Bihar, leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and grand alliance expressed confidence of forming the next government in the state.

Four exit polls showed the Mahagathbandhan winning the largest number of seats in the state. However, two exit polls predicted the BJP’s lead.

Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi expressed confidence of the BJP-led NDA’s victory in the elections and stated that the final picture will be clear on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said the grand alliance would emerge victorious in the battle with thumping majority. Janata Dal (United) leader K.C. Tyagi also echoed similar sentiments and said that heavy voter turnout indicated the satisfaction which the people of Bihar have with the present government in the state.
