The summary of various Exit Poll Results for Bihar Assembly Elections

Patna: The 5th and final phase of Bihar Assembly Elections got over today. With this, the exit polls are out, which have hitherto been banned due to Model Code of Conduct. The Exit polls are predicted mixed results. While some of them show a clear majority for BJP led National Democratic Alliance, others have given full majority to JDU led Grand Alliance.

Times Now-CVoter Exit Poll

According to Times Now-CVoter Exit Poll, the JD(U)-RJD-Congress Mahagatbandhan is projected to win 122 seats, with a vote share of 42%, which is exactly the majority-way mark in the 243-member Bihar assembly.

The Times Now-CVoter poll is based on random stratified sample of over 35,000 interviews covering all 243 segments in the state during the polling days. The data used for this projection is up to 2pm for the final phase of voting on Thursday.

India Today-Cicero Exit Poll

The India Today-Cicero post-poll survey says the BJP alliance is likely to win anything between 113-127 seats, while the Grand Alliance may win 111-123 seats in the 243-member Assembly.

Today’s Chanakya Exit Poll

Meanwhile, Today’s Chanakya, which has the record of correct prediction in the 2014 General Elections has given a strong majority to BJP led Alliance with 155 Seats, while it gave only 83 seats to JDU led Grand Alliance.

Zee News Exit Poll

Zee News ‘Maha exit Poll’ predicts NDA win with 123 seats. Grand Alliance to get 113 seats, with 7 seats to others.

Others

The ABP Live Nielsen Exit Poll has predicted a strong victory for JDU led Grand Alliance with 130 Seats, while it gave BJP 108 Seats. Others got only 5 Seats.

The NewsX CNX Exit Poll shows that NDA may win 90-100 Seats, while grand Alliance would win 130-140 Seats.It has predicted 13-23 Seats for other parties.
