New Delhi, Dec 01 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Tuesday asked controversial Aam Aadmi Party MLA Somnath Bharti and the police to file their responses on a plea filed by his wife Lipika seeking cancellation of his bail in a domestic violence case. Bharti’s lawyer Shailendra Babbar said that Lipika Mitra has challenged the bail order on various grounds. He added the court has issued a notice to Bharti and the Delhi Police and directed them to file their reply by February 16.
