Patna, Dec 18 (ANI): On liquor ban in the state Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday said sale of local brands of liquor will be completely banned in the first stage of the campaign and sale of foreign brands of liquor will be limited, though it will be confined to only municipal councils. Kumar said 90 percent reduction will be recorded in sale of liquor state wide.
He had on November 26 announced that the state would go dry from April 1.
