Saran (Bihar), Aug 23 (ANI): The flood situation in Bihar’s Saran district remained grim on Tuesday. Water from various rivers is spreading to several areas. With the water level of the River Ganga rising, the flood situation in Bihar is alarming. Residents said that the movement of trains has been stopped as most tracks are submerged. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has expressed concern about the situation taking a turn for the worse if water from the Bansagar Dam is released.
