Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh), Sep 24 (ANI): A minor girl was allegedly raped by her neighbour in Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly city. The accused filmed whole of the incident and threatened her with dire consequences if she reported the incident. The alleged crime happened in Hafizganj’s Usmanpur area.
