New Delhi, Nov 03 (ANI): It was a moderately foggy Thursday morning. A thick blanket of smog enveloped the national capital, leading to poor visibility conditions. Smog, a combination of smoke and fog, forms with the fall in temperature and rising pollution levels. It comes at a time when Delhi is battling the tag of world’s most polluted city.
