Lucknow, Nov 03 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav began his ‘Vikas Rath Yatra’ in Lucknow on Thursday. Talking to ANI, CM Akhilesh said the Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav will decide about any alliance or any kind of ‘mahagatbandhan’ in the state for the upcoming assembly elections.
