Bhiwani (Haryana), Nov 03 (ANI): The last rites of retired Army jawan Ram Kishan Grewal, who committed suicide over the One Rank One Pension (OROP) issue on Tuesday, were performed at his native village Bamla on Thursday. Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi arrived to attend the cremation along with party leaders Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Kamal Nath, Kiran Choudhry and Shailaja. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was also attended the last rites. Kejriwal also announced Rs 1 crore compensation to the family of the retired soldier. Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda took a dig at Bharatiya Janata Party by saying that the politics which the government is doing is shameful. He added that the government has failed to fulfill their promises of implementing OROP .
