Faridabad, Dec 26 (ANI): Addressing the officers at inauguration of Professional Training of 68th Batch of IRS (C and CE) Officers, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that the one who joins the service, should have a need and desire officers to have higher level of idealism. He also said that there is no substitute for hard work, credibility and integrity. He added that at the end of the day, it is the credibility of a public official that matters the most.
