Jammu, Dec 24 (ANI): Minister of State in the PMO Jitendra Singh on Saturday defended the decision of Jammu and Kashmir government to issue domicile certificates to West Pakistan refugees, saying nation owes it to these section of refugees to provide them dignified means of livelihood. Singh said the government that was in power for last 70 years did not pay any heed and now when the BJP is thinking about it, they are worried how BJP is solving the unsolved pending problems.
