Kathmandu, Nepal, 20 Feb. (ANI): Pilgrims from Nepal and parts of India have started congregating at the Pashupatinath Temple to participate in the Maha Shivratri festival which falls on February 24.The sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Pashupatinath is located on the banks of Bagmati River in capital Kathmandu.The temple authorities are expecting over a million pilgrims during the festival. Temple authority has allocated 5 million rupees for the management of the crowd during the festival.
