New Delhi Feb17 (ANI): Union Minister of Science and Technology Harsh Vardhan, when asked about the recent incident of a dead rat found in mid-day meals served in the city, said it was extremely unfortunate and those handling these meals should introspect as to what exactly went wrong. He added that they could not afford that any child should have to eat such food and deep contemplation and improvement in strategies was required to avoid any such incident in future.
