Jajpur (Odisha), Mar 27 (ANI): In a shocking incident, a newborn girl, buried upside down in a vegetable field, was rescued by local residents in Odisha’s Jajpur district. The girl, found wrapped in a cloth, was rushed to a nearby community health center. She was later referred to District Hospital for further treatment. Doctor Fanindrapa Panigrahi, District Hospital, said the infant was normal and had been fed milk. Police suspect the child was unwanted and was left to die in the field by her parents.
