Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Mar 28 (ANI): A man climbed up on a telephone tower nearby Chhattisgarh assembly building demanding liquor ban in the state on Monday. Recently Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar administered a pledge to shun liquor to thousands of people in Chhattisgarh, at a community convention there.
